Building a fence is not rocket science. Drive around a few neighborhoods and visit a few home improvement stores or fencing companies for ideas. Then create the design that will produce the kind of fence you want. Then just buy your materials and go to work. One helpful tip: if you are building a wood privacy fence with an arch or specialty cut across the top, you will achieve a smoother finished look if you make those cuts AFTER the fence is built.
