One investment well worth its cost is to install ceiling fans in rooms that are used frequently. This is especially true for rooms with pitched ceiling, tray ceilings, or high ceilings. Using a ceiling fan to circulate the air in a room will keep it cooler or warmer (according to season) by creating more movement of air throughout the room.
