 You can save time and money by using pre-finished or pre-primed trim for your remodel or addition. Any finish applied in a factory will last longer than a finish applied later. The reason is that the finish is applied and allowed to set under ideal conditions. You can save time, labor cost, and maintenance cost by using pre-finished trim in your home. You will probably be able to go twice as long between refinishing or repainting to maintain the trim, as well.
