 Installing a garden window, particularly in a kitchen, bathroom or family room, is an inexpensive way to bring in more light and provide a better view of your surroundings. Garden windows are perfect spots for indoor flowers or plants because they provide needed sunlight. Because the garden window extends outside the house, it can also create the feeling of more space and openness in the room in which it is installed. Some designs include small ventilation windows on each side to allow for air exchange or to release extremely hot air.
